All of Viet Uy Tin’s translators/interpreters and freelancers are long-term staffs, who are complying with strict regulations of confidentiality during each and every contract and even after product delivery. Freelancers are required to delete all files containing contract contents on personal storage devices within 48 hours after document submission.
Computers at office: We are managing with host system, whereas all documents are strictly controlled and deleted from host in 7 days after delivery if there are no queries or complaints from clients. All delivered documents will not be saved in any forms or disclosed to the third party under any circumstances.
We clearly define and state in the Company’s bylaws, which are applied to all staffs that all information and documents received from clients are to be strictly kept confidential under certain confidential standards. Staffs are not allowed to disclose such information and documents to irrelevant or unauthorized third parties without prior written/e-mail consent from clients. The third parties are not limited to representatives, business contacts, cooperation partners, employees or any individual participants.
In addition, confidentiality is one provision in every translation service contract. Within such provision, we will take highest responsibility for all documents translated at Viet Uy Tin in order to bring peace-of-mind to our clients.
